Thanks Taylor, for the original inspiration and for stopping by. The problem with a solo working life can be the lack of external deadlines or the pressure to perform from a hot breath down the back of the neck. As I said in the post, I'm a planner - but we planners like to plan, and plan, and plan. GOYA thinking makes sure there's a point to it all, and a call to action that makes it purposeful AND done.

I do love the <a href="http://shearinglayers.com/keeping-promises/the-cult-of-done-manifesto/" rel="nofollow">Cult of Done Manifesto</a> too. Do check it out if you haven't already. Particularly the poster version.

Thanks for taking the time to read and think; I particularly like your GOYA management style. I've been trying to introduce the idea into my general life, just to keep moving, creating and building. The "perfect" time is a fallacy, a figment of our imagination, and GOYA is one way to push us toward getting things done instead of planning to get things done.

And thanks, again, of course :)
