The thing about bureaucracy: nothing you can do about it – you can rail against the world if you like but you still have to knuckle under and get it done. It’s doesn’t hurt shouting in the wind for a while, but it doesn’t help, and when you’re gasping for breath and just a little bit horse, you still have to fill in the form and wait for the stamp to make it’s mark.
Nothing. You can. Do about it.
Like doing your taxes, updating the project plan, keeping everyone in the loop, finishing your turns, putting the stop and the end of the sentence. You can get away with it for a while, but in the end, nothing you can do about it.
Don’t complain about inevitabilities. Don’t hold everyone up whilst you rant without meaning. It’s not inconvenient, it’s inevitable.
Skippy strategy: Pick up the pen and get it done.
