Being ready means being open to the possibility in the first place. Focused enough to be making the kind of progress that gets noticed and creates the potential for a moment, but aware and alive enough to know when the moment comes.
Being ready means having capacity to do something about it. Busy, but not too busy. And that means having and using the kind of systems and support networks in place, and humming, that are capable of flying on their own for a bit whilst you spend time in the moment.
Being ready means being willing to step off the main path for a moment and spend a little time in the woods. Not too bold, but not too scared.
