When I go to a conference with multiple speakers, I remember the talks with great stories and I tend to forget the masters of bullet point. 

Stories are easier to remember and easier to understand than &quot;facts or features&quot; -- and given the choice, wouldn&#039;t we all rather be memorable-and-clear than exact-and-forgettable.</description>

If you have a physical icon to back it up, all the better. &quot;Icon&quot; in the way you use the word, immediately conjures up images of the goods in the Hard Rock Cafe. Seeing the actual clothes or guitars of superstars offers up a million stories about what those experiences were like. 

Every great business needs to have icons of that calibre.</description>
