How about switching off the inbox in your head and doing something that contributes to nothing other than a bit of wellbeing. Read a book, take a newspaper to the coffee shop, loll around on Sunday morning, watch a movie all the way through without checking your phone, daydream, drop in for a natter, kick back and see the sunset, pour over a crossword, noodle, sit in the window, watch the world go by.
And when you’re done, refreshed from your idleness, give yourself another break by not feeling guilty.
