After plenty of research you have three options still on the table and no perfect answers that point to a particular choice, what do you do?
You could spend more time on research and analysis of each one, dig deeper, consult a few more experts, kick a few more tyres and see what happens by this time next month. You could split your resources between each option, push them all forward and see which one comes out on top. You could kick the decision to a higher authority so they can take the heat if it flops.
Or, the skippy answer, you could pick a horse on the balance of probabilities (gut feel), and ride it to see how far it goes. Because no one knows, and any decision is better than none, and actions will find the winner.
Skippy strategy: Don’t shirk decisions whilst looking for perfect answers.
