One option that never works

There’s an if in the air … we could do this, what happens if we do that? It could work out great or it could be a nightmare. Everyone could get on board or they could jump ship. Our customer might be with us or they could go elsewhere.
Two options, and one non-option:
– Make the decision to go for it, and then do everything you can to make it the right decision. Work the angles, pull out the stops, organise for success, make it work.
– Make a No-Go decision, and then do everything you can to make it the right decision. Same process … work the angles, pull out the stops, organise for success, make that work.
– The one option that never wins … make the decision, go back on it, make it fail through recalcitrance, moan, suck energy from the room, endlessly.
Skippy strategy: Choose the path, make it work.
