The why of the thing

Flow

When everything is a decision (which kinda goes with the leadership territory) it’s the why of the thing that matters.

Why did you change things?

Why did you hire or fire?

Why did you do this?

Why did you do that?

Why did you say boo?

In short, why did you make the decision?

The big deal here isn’t the specific decision, or even the specific thinking process … it’s that they happen at all.

Any decision is better than hum-ing and hah-ing all day long. With a decision, there can be action. With a decision, everybody can get on with heating their popcorn.

Any thinking process is better than blind reactions. An active way of working out and articulating why this little gem was polished and put in the window.

Let’s start here … why did you read this far?

Skippy strategy: Make sure you always know why.
