A doorway

When you do what you do it’s likely you fall into the habit of doing what you do in the way that you do it. Which can be a good thing. Consistency is the beginning of meeting expectations and a doorway to mastery. It can also be a bad thing, as you settle into doing things that are good enough, or were good enough, whilst the world continues to turn and slowly, every so slowly, you get left a little bit further behind every day until you’re deep in the middle of the bell curve of mediocrity.
Choose one thing that you do, kick the acceptable habits and do it better. Do it better. Better than last year, better than yesterday, better than you or anyone around you expects of you tomorrow. Make it a strength. Make it the foundation of another better.
Skippy strategy: Take the door.
