Every project

If things are getting off track, whenever that happens, you have a simple choice: let them stay off track in the hope that they’ll find their way own back; or, forget about hope and do whatever it takes to haul things back where they belong.
There are 365 days a year that you can hit that reset button. You don’t have to wait for the end of the project, or the next mini crisis, the start of a new year, or for all the stars to align.
Do it today.
Call the meeting, focus the funding, hire some expertise, reorganise the structure – whatever it takes.
The point, again, is to get everyone, again, pointing in the same direction, again, and working on a common plan, again, in pursuit of agreed milestones and objectives, again.
Skippy strategy: Good organisation isn’t demanded only in a crisis … it’s every day in every project.
