Making room

Resolving issues has the advertised benefit of resolution.

That thing you’ve been working on or angsting over or wriggling around or avoiding avoiding avoiding … it’s over. No more issue. Time to move on.

But the upside is larger.

To think.

Big, demanding, all-conquering, unresolved issues fill all available thinking capacity, squeezing out everything but the essentials. Sometimes, all that’s left is the THING and survival.

Deal with the thing, everything else gets space.

Skippy Strategy: You never really know how big it is until it’s gone, but it’s always better when it’s gone.
