As things mature, those loops get longer and fatter and you still find yourself involved in things that make no difference, where you can add minimal value, and where you represent a bottleneck for zero benefit.
Too little – as things grow, new fields spring into life, some of which could use the additional light and attention that only you can shine. Problem is, without specific guidance, no one is sure what or when you need to be involved.
Reset your filters. What loops are you in today that have passed their sell-by, and where are you missing out?
