Now choose

When you know, you know. And when you know you know, you have two choices: do nothing or do something.
Doing nothing means choosing that whatever it is, that thing you’ve just crystallised, is just fine. Whether you’ve been sitting on it and not admitted it, or it’s a new fact that you’ve just discovered, taking no action – leaving everything as it is – means you’re ok and it’s ok and that all is as it should be.
Doing something means choosing to dam the flow and take an alternative path. It’s deciding that where we are, and where we’re heading, is not how we want things to be and putting actions in place that will change things to head in another direction of you’re choosing.
Which is a long way of saying, what do you want to do about it?
