Many things are complicated. The foot may does indeed connect, eventually, to the head bone, and it’s always tempting (and maybe even long-term wise) to lay everything out and line everything up before attempting a little toe surgery. It might have an impact here and that could put this thing out of sync so we probably should consider a tuck there and a brace under that. And whilst we are under that we should absolutely go back to the idea we had last year but had to put on the back burner because of budgets.
Before a nail has been clipped, the project is a PROJECT with fifteen people involved and no deliverables for at least ten months.
Or, one foot at a time, one step at a time. Not so much short-termism, more pragmatism based on the desire to actually get things done.
