The things we want
It’s possible to go through the day and even the entire week without addressing anything other than the perfectly obvious minutia that are naturally in our path. The day to day of the job. The emails and phone calls, the chats with our team, the things we have to do for customers and suppliers and as we deal with accountants and lawyers.
All things that have to be done.
None of them things that will move the stick.
The way to get things done, any things, is to give them the time and respect they deserve. If they’re on the path, ok then. If they’re not, we need resolve – to find them, to commit to them, to free the time and the team, to make space and take actions – to do the things we want to get done.
Skippy strategy: If it’s not on the natural path, go find it.
