Three questions

Doing new things, whether it’s the smallest small project or the grandest grand endeavour, means doing things things that are … errrm … new. At least to the team. At least for now.
Interested observers, the ones who care, will be curious.
– Where are you? This is about where you’ve come from and where you’re going, the progress you’ve made and your pace against the plan.
– Where are you struggling? Everybody gets bogged down, there’s always something in the way. What is it and how are you dealing with it? Are you coping or are you stuck?
– How can they help? If they really care, they’ll offer introductions and resources to get you over the humps. If it would help. If you want the help.
Don’t wait to be asked.
Keep track, identify the issues, ask for help when you need it.
