Quick Feet

Path

Faster runners have quicker feet than slower ones. Not just that they move fast, each stride takes less time. Back of the pack runners take shorter strides, fewer per minute, with each foot sitting on the ground just that little bit longer.

Effective teams work the fast way. They break big projects into smaller faster steps that they cycle through at pace.

Lots of little wins add up.

Skippy Strategy: How could your team train for faster cycle times? What small steps could you take today?
