A big bang

Inside the organisation, ideas take shape at their own pace. Crazy thoughts can germinate and grow. Potential becomes presence. Over time, they evolve into the thing they need to be and we carefully remove the scaffolding when they can stand on their own.
Outside, it looks a little different.
There was nothing, and then there was something. It’s a big bang.
And they’re thinking …
“What is it? Why does it exist? What’s special? Does it do what they say it will do? Is it better than the thing I have or the way I do things now?”
The thought behind their thoughts … big bangs are scary.
And they are.
Bringing new things to the world means dealing with fear; your own – “are we crazy?” – and theirs – “I’d be crazy!”
Don’t waste time with the truly risk averse – explorers and pioneers use a different scale.
