Easy value

The thing you notice about good organisations – where good is defined as easy to work with and always delivering the value they promise – is that they’re easy to work with and always deliver the value they promise. Errr, ye-ah.
Easy to work with means they do what they say, when they say, their products are easy to use or integrate into lives and systems and work flows. When things go wrong (which happens to the best of ‘em), they fix things without complaint or an aggressive defence. When things go right (which happens more often than not), they thank you for the opportunity to help.
Delivering value means their products and services live up to the promise. They perform, they make life better, and they leave everyone happy that they got involved with each other.
Skippy strategy: Easy value will put you at the top of any short list.
