Hard work isn’t hard if it’s fun.
Ok. That’s not true. Hard work is hard. It’s mind bending, physical, emotional stuff building things and companies that no one has built before. Breaking ground. Pushing back the boundaries. The hard trudge to and over the horizon, when the path isn’t even visible, let alone clear. Sometimes it feels like the entire world is leaning on the other side of the door. And when you break through, all you find is another hurdle. Nothing about this is easy.
Ah. But it’s fun. Doing what no one else has done. Building the team and the proposition and the routes through the world. Changing lives. It doesn’t get more fun than that.
Yes it’s hard, yes your head is down and you never notice the sunset. But it doesn’t get any better than that.
Hard equals not easy equals fun.
