There’s always more to learn.
From customers: what’s our contribution, how are we perceived, what’s the best way to communicate our message, what’s the next development, how can we make it easier, is there a better interface, where are the trade-offs, what else could we do, are we doing too much, where’s the most value being added, could we add more, what’s just window dressing, what steps can we take out, who else should we talk to, … ? Or, how do the pieces fit together and how can we improve?
From the team: how are we doing, how can we work better together, where’s the disconnect, what’s the motivation, who’s not on the same page, why not, what’s the shared language that brings everything and everyone together, who else do we need, where can we find them, what’s working well, how can we get the most from each other, … ? Or, how do the pieces fit together and how can we improve?
And the most important question of all: how can we learn more?
