The only question


Assuming that your world is not about steady state management, that the reason you do what you do is to create new, better, bigger, smarter, faster ways of doing things, to change your piece of the world, to improve the organisation, to bring new ideas and processes and systems to the world and give them the best possible chance to make an impact.

Assuming all that … the only question, the only one … is, how do we get from here to there?

The next assumption: that you have an honest and broad understanding of where here is and what it’s like.

The next: that you have at least a fuzzy idea of where there is and how it will be brighter.
