Time poor

It’s easy to prioritise when something is truly urgent and time is truly short.
Without being melodramatic, we all know when these things happen and everyone makes allowances.
Every other day is a balance of competing priorities. Team member A or Customer B or Supplier C or Investor D, operations or marketing, finance or product, work-life balance, today’s Urgent or tomorrow’s Important?
There’s no right answer.
The mantra: don’t take on too much, do your best. Then, whatever happens, there’s no reason to beat yourself up.
