To be fleet
When the only normal is no normal, and when everything can change and does, there are only two things to do. Prepare, and be flexible.
Preparation actually means doing all the things you normally do to get through the day, the week, the month. Until you know something has changed, definitively, and is no longer necessary, keep on doing it. Make sure your shoes are tied, your clothes are clean, and your body is ready to walk when its called on to walk. Don’t assume your way out of readiness, and then have to scramble to do what you’ve always been doing.
Being flexible means eyes wide open, looking for the shifts in the weather, ready and willing to move where necessity dictates or opportunity suggests. Preparation helps here too, and so do feet that are ready to be fleet.
