Where do you fit?
Some people, departments and organisations make it incredibly easy to do business with. They make it clear how to contact them, how to brief them effectively, how to get their best work, what to expect and what not to expect, how much it will cost. They make promises and then they keep them. They fulfil on commitments, turn up on time, do what they say they’re going to do – and remove the stress so you feel you’re in safe hands.
Everyone else, not so much.
In that small first group, the people you actively want to work with, the ones you recommend to your friends, the places you go when you need to get going. No surprise they’re a little more successful than the mean.
The question: where do you fit? Where would your customers and partner and suppliers and colleagues put you?
