Who needs to know?
It’s easy in the middle of things to forget what it’s like on the outside of things. Right there, where things are happening and decisions are being made and the agenda is so stuffed with important topic after critical subject after momentous discussion, right there, it’s easy to miss that other people need to know the results.
Some of those people are hanging on the decision and will bug you to let them know. So you do, and their world is back in balance, and thing that were waiting will start.
Most times though, people don’t know what you’ve been talking about, what it means to them and their team or what’s supposed to happen in the new world that cracked open when the plan was changed, the recruit was hired, the customer said yes or the subject was closed.
