Your partners
Partners make life better for each other.
In any relationship, that means doing the right thing, it means not taking advantage, it means giving time and space and support whenever it’s necessary or helpful.
It means giving a partner the benefit of the doubt when they miss a deadline, or sending some of your people over to help to make sure they don’t. It means encouraging someone home to deal with their bigger life issues and seeing everyone willingly fill the gap.
It doesn’t mean being walked all over – partners wouldn’t do that. It doesn’t mean exploiting good will or never saying thank you. It doesn’t mean using the break clause at the first sign of trouble.
It does mean choosing your partners wisely. Choosing the one’s you want to support and who you know will support you as you grow.
