Knottier problems

When there’s a problem, the diagnosis is normally a pretty straightforward affair. Everybody has an opinion and most of them can point exactly to the heart of the issue.
Next step is a healthy debate about the prescription – what exactly is the best treatment for the issue and how do we address the cause? Not for everybody, it’s a rarer talent than can drill down and work out what needs to be done.
For simple problems, it’s time to get on with putting Tab A in Slot B and tidying up as you go.
