We’re all a little bit different to who and what we were yesterday. That’s how growth happens. We we one thing, we work hard and acquire experience, be become another thing. And if we’re lucky, in a right time right place kind of way, our growth is recognised and we move on in our career and responsibilities.
Sometimes, there is no right time or right place, and we get stuck.
There are two ways it goes from here. Either we say now is the time and we find another place, or we wait. Most of us have experience at both options and know how they feel (probably not good).
Who is in this position around you? Who should you notice, who’s time is now, how can you make this the right place? Because if you don’t, eventually, you know how this goes.
