From – your domain expertise is what got you away from your domain expertise. The game now is to build the knowledge and understanding necessary to see the wood and the trees in the forests you now tend.
Management – is more than a job description and does not come from formal authority. This game is about people – none of whom act or think how you do – and there are no free passes.
