Get out from your shell
You did some great work. The kind of work that has legs. The kind of legs that work when connected to the hip bone and through the back bone to the head bone. Problem is … nobody knows.
You did the work and you kept it to yourself.
Maybe in the belief that information is power and you’d rather keep it inside a one person circle, maybe you did the work but forgot to tell anyone else because you went on to other great work somewhere else, maybe you started writing the report but got distracted and are still waiting for some mythical perfect time and one or two final pieces of information before you commit everything to writing and pass it along.
Maybe.
Whatever the reason, you know but nobody else.
So all that great work was a dead end.
Nothing.
Ho hum.
Skippy strategy: To work your legs – get out from your shell.
