Who is taking point?
Without getting into the nitty-gritty, without rehashing the meeting or getting down and dirty on what has to happen by when … who is responsible?
Who will make sure that the decision will be implemented or the action will be progressed? Who will rally the team, who will brief them, keep them rolling and report back the next time we meet?
It should be a two second answer. If it’s not, it’s likely the decision was soft, the action was a wish, and the work won’t get done. So … who?
