The wrong banjo

Banjo

There’s lots of people who think they know about your business and many of them are pretty forward in letting you know. Depending on the weather, that can be a good or bad thing but it’s your decision to take it at face value, leave it on the side or fold it into your wider understanding of the thing. Most of the time, you have a good idea of what to do with which.

With professional opinions, it’s easier to get sucked in. When some sharp advisor says … everyone else in your market does this, you have to do it like this … the only way that works is … their way.

Thing is: they might be right or they might be playing the wrong banjo.

It’s still your decision: take it, leave it, fold it in.

Because, some advisors wield pretty blunt instruments.

Skippy strategy: Without arrogance, make up you own mind.
