A chain
When you make a decision, when you agree to do something for a colleague or a customer, when something happens in the world, when someone makes a commitment … it means something.
This means that.
This decision means a hundred actions kick in to gear. People get hired or fired, products bloom or blush, water flows down hill or get’s pushed up the other side.
This agreement means you will do that thing for the other person. By extension, you won’t do the other things you could have done in the time.
This agreement has impact.
It means something in the world just changed and it’s time to get cracking.
Because commitments create dependents. Because dependents need you to do whatever is necessary, to take the steps, so they too can then get on and deliver their own commitments.
A chain.
That means this has impact.
