Leave no wriggle

Leave everyone to their own devices, they’ll keep busy with all the exciting and interesting and easy things they like to do. They’ll pick up the sweeeeet projects and the ones with the glory that they know how to deliver, the fun stuff – anything they like whilst living a life without boundaries and accountability.
Result: some things will go faster.
Which leaves out … most of the hard stuff. None of they stuff they don’t like to do or don’t want to do or that involves too much travel or too much time or too much collaboration or too much of anything that gets in the way of doing what they want when they want it.
Result: these things will go slower.
Assuming that would be bad, how to fix it?
Worst case, leave no wriggle room. Best case, work it out between you.
Skippy strategy: Collaborate on how to collaborate.
