The actual pieces

It doesn’t matter how many time we’ve experienced the lesson, how well we tell ourselves we’ve learned, how many times we’ve been around the loop.
The only way to get something done is to take the actions necessary, put the actual pieces in actual play, do the work.
No amount of wishful thinking will pull it off. No lying awake at night. No glancing at the clock as it’s running down and hoping that some how some way the puzzle will sort itself into order and position itself in neat little rows.
It won’t.
Someone, you and maybe some of your colleagues, needs to go to the place and use the tools and do the things that need to be done.
Start here: make the commitment. Then move your feet and bring the people you need to have on the journey.
Skippy strategy: Go to where you need to go and do the actual work.
