It’s not about the words, it’s about the actual things you actually do that make an actual difference.
It’s starts with the wallpaper.
Show them you care about their working environment by upgrading the working environment. Show them you mean it when you talk about removing bureaucracy by removing the hurdles they battle through every day. Show them you want new outcomes by digging old processes and incentives out of the bedrock, then update the changes until they make things better.
