Fix it

The thing about trying new things, or setting out on unknown paths, or doing things never done before, or any leap of judgement … it might not work.
What then?
There’s not much that can’t be fixed.
So fix it.
That doesn’t mean trust to luck, ignore your homework, or jump without a parachute, Geronimo!
It does mean get on with things as soon as you have a decent plan.
What’s decent?
The one your gut’s happy with.
Running things, maybe one or two decisions a year are critical – and higher stakes demand higher standards – the rest of the time, get your gut on your side and get on with it.
