The problems come when when type one wants to do something non standard – for which it has neither the people nor the processes to pull off – or when type two tries to morph its whatever-it-takes-ness into everything-looks-the-same – for which it has neither the people nor the processes to pull off.
The solutions start with understanding your success recipe. It resolves when you remove the tension, by adding or subtracting.
