Make the decision and get on with what happens next.
Or … the answer is no.
Sit on your hands, avoid the conflict, the conversation, the discomfort, the choice, keep them waiting, run around the houses, organise your desk, go social, duck the decision, keep everyone guessing and waiting and moaning and harrumphing, hide your hand.
Don’t make the decision and keep yourself and everyone else in a holding pattern.
