Do today?

What did you do yesterday? Not, how did you fill your time? Not, school did you meet with, or how many emails did you answer? But, what did you actually do? How did you move the stick? What decisions did you take and what moves did you make to put them into action? Did you move one mile or one hundred? Did you overcome the mountain or stand in the foothills looking at it, talking about it, thinking about it, wondering what it would be like to be on the other side?
Sure, it’s a process. You have to do a lot of gazing and thinking before the actual doing. But that isn’t the same as turning up, getting through your email, catching up on some updates and wondering where all the time went.
Progress means making the decision, and taking action.
