Free time

There are some subjects we talk about all the time.
Like customers, the market, strategy, performance. The good stuff that’s supposed to occupy people in our seat.
Then there’s the bad stuff we talk about but never deal with. Like the problem team member, the out of step process, the consistent issue with delivery or supplies or scheduling or whatever it is that sucks time and attention every time we get together.
To have more time for the good stuff, deal with the bad stuff.
It’s a choice.
Chew over disappointments endlessly – all the ways they get in the way of all the things we’d like to do. Or we can make decisions to solve them and take action on the things we need to do.
Now, what can we do with all this free time and energy?
