Like, is Point A where we really want to head? It may be the obvious idea, or the first idea, or the one promoted by the biggest job title or ego in the room … but is it the one?
Like, how will we work together? We have many talents with much experience and a wide array of working styles and preferences … what’s our model for how that’s going to work?
Like, how will we measure success? Is it exclusively about final attention to a stated goal or do we also care about stage-gates or numbers or steps?
Like, is this a team thing or a sum of the parts thing?
