On the process

This time last year, how was it? Busy, stressful, too many balls in the air, too narrow a pipeline, too little direction, being pushed around by other people’s agendas, fighting the same old fights, dealing with the same old issues, pushing that ball up that hill, not enough control.

What did you do about it? Carried on carrying on? Continued doing the right thing, keeping everyone else happy?

Last year, like the year before, like every year. Like this year?

Pick one thing. One thing that would make a difference. One thing, that you want, that would make this year make a new kind of sense. What’s the smallest action you can take towards that thing? What five minute, baby step that you could take today and every day? Not an outcome, but a process that points to an outcome.
