Stick to-it-ness

Let’s work on the basis that inside the organisation at least, for every problem there is a solution. That if we apply enough creativity and perspiration over enough time, we can work out a way to do what we want to do.
The limiting factor then is stick to-it-ness. The function of all that creativity and perspiration and time coming together to solve the task at hand. Sticking to it, no matter what or who gets in the way, dealing with as much intricacy and detail as necessary to understand exactly what’s needed and then having the tenacity to get down on your hands and knees to scrub and graft until you’ve made it all the way across the floor.
When you decide together, to do something together, all you have to do is make it happen. That’s the work.
Skippy strategy: The limiting factor shouldn’t be stick to-it-ness.
