Whenever doubt creeps
Bringing new things to the world, by definition, there’s a lot you don’t know. There’s no recipe, although you might suspect you know most of the ingredients. There’s no play book, although experience will tell you some of the steps. There’s no one to ask, although there’s always a healthy supply of people with opinions – and who knows, some of them may help.
In other words, the path you’ve chosen is full of blind alleys, reworking, getting lost, wasted effort, plenty of doubt and a bunch of spaghetti.
The game is working out what you need to do and straightening out the wiggly lines into something approaching order. The key you need along the way, ready to whip out of your pocket whenever doubt creeps, is the certain knowledge that together you can sort it.
Skippy strategy: Even at its messiest, the answer is in there somewhere. Go find it.
