Motivated staff prepared to run towards problems and go as far as it takes, who think a little deeper and act a little greater.
Cash that flows with sufficient consistency to smooth over the reality of living in a world of humans who don’t do what you want them to do or even what they say they will.
Customers who care. Enough customers who care enough. Enough customers who care enough about what you do and how it can help that they’ll work with you to make your products and services better than they were and more fitting for their place in the world.
Partners, in every sense, who are in it with you and there for the long haul.
Skippy strategy: Even when they’re challenging, thank them, and make sure you never take anything about them for granted.
