The easiest path

Not every bet pays off. Not every new product finds its market. Not every hire works out. Not every research turns into development. Not every visit swings a sale.
You play risk and reward and you’re comfortable with the way that feels.
But some people don’t like the game.
Some of them are on your team.
Some on your team don’t understand the game.
Just because you’re at ease with it, doesn’t mean everyone is. Some like to know that Tab A is destined to find its Slot B. Don’t be surprised when they get restless and worry about certainty.
That doesn’t mean ignore their fears. It does mean find the right time to bring them in, the right way to ask for their help, an easy on ramp when you add them to the party.
