When you’re short of time (when aren’t you?) you start the meeting on the B of Bang! No muss, no fuss. That thing you need to discuss, you discuss, picking up from last time like there was no gap. Ignoring deep and broad assumptions … everyone’s on the same page, everyone’s running at the same objective.
