Thing is, it never works like the plan says.

We get lost before the first bend. We get waylaid and distracted. Obstacles emerge. Some things (everything) take longer than we thought. And at the corner … is this the right place?

It’s definitely about the planning.

And then it’s definitely even more about continuing to plan. To communicate. To coordinate. To collaborate. To stay on course and within sight of each other. To help. To wait. To muck in.

Most of all, it’s about keeping in step as a team and working on problems together.

And the problem of working on problems, together.
